My Christmas stay at this hotel was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me plan a nice dinner at a nearby castle hotel, despite the holiday closures. The small group of us staying there were also treated to a nice buffet breakfast. the fact that the hotel provides a pickup service is a definite plus for those concerned about the uphill location.
Guests should be aware that the hotel is located outside of town and can be quite a hike for those without a car. some guests may find the remote location too secluded for their liking.

Beautiful, well-furnished hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient shuttle service. Lovely walks with magnificent views. Fabulous breakfast and meals.

The hotel was in a peaceful location with easy access to RheinBurgWeg. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of homemade options. The staff was very welcoming and efficient in providing transportation to and from the castle. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean.

What a Christmas treat! the staff was very welcoming and made sure we had a memorable experience. Despite limited options due to the holiday, they managed to arrange a fancy dinner at a nearby hotel, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location is a real gem, set against the beautiful Rhine river. the buffet breakfast, which included homemade jam, was a delightful way to start our days. Plus, the free shuttle service made traveling around the area a breeze.

We enjoyed peaceful sleep in our room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast offered was outstanding. We also loved the beautiful view of the Rhine river from down the hill. the location is convenient for a visit to the castle as well.
It was a little inconvenient that the hotel entrance was sometimes closed in the afternoon.
